William Peter “Liam” Miller is a Republic of Ireland international football player who currently features for the English Premier League club Sunderland. He plays as a central midfielder.
Liam Miller started his professional club football at Scottish giants Celtic and played for them between 1997 and 2004. He scored 2 goals in 26 Scottish Premier League matches. In 2004 Premier League powerhouse Manchester United came calling. Miller featured in 22 Premier League matches for Man United. He played for Leeds United on loan for the 2005-2006 season.
Liam Miller was signed by Sunderland in 2006 and he has developed to be an important player for the Black Cats and has played in over 50 league matches for Sunderland.
