Marlon Francis King is an English-born Jamaican international football player who features for the English Premier League Wigan Athletic. He is currently on loan at Premiership side Hull City.

Marlon King initially started at non-league side Dulwich Hamlet and then became an apprentice at Barmet in 1998. He made 53 league appearances and scored 14 goals for Barnet between 1998 and 2000 and then moved to Gillingham. He played for three seasons for Gillingham and scored 40 goals in 101 leagu fixtures.

In 2003, he was signed by former European Cup winners Nottingham Forest and scored 10 goals in 50 league matches, although he did spent some amount for time on loan during that time first at Leeds United and then at Watford.

In 2005 Marlon King was signed by Watford on a permanent deal and was a hugely influential player for them, both in the Championship and in the Premiership. He featured in a total of 60 league matches and scored 24 goals.

In January 2008 Marlon King was signed by Wigan Athletic and he played 15 League games and scored once for the Lactics in the remainder of the 2007-2008 season. He has now been loaned out to Hull City for the 2008-2009 season.

Marlon King made his international debut for Jamaica in 2006 and has played 18 matches so far for his nation, scoring 10 goals. His first match for Jamaica was against Ghana on May 29,2006.
