Robert Lester “Bobby Zamora is an English football player of Trinidadian origin who currently features for the English Premier League club Fulham. He plays as a striker and has formerly played for Spurs and Wst Ham United.

Bobby Zamora started his professional club career at Bristol Rovers in 1999 and 4 league appearances moved to Brighton & Hove Albion in February 2000.

At Brighton, Bobby Zamora established himself and scored a phenomenal 76 goals in just 125 league matches in three years was signed by north London club Tottenham Hotspur for 1.5 million pounds in July 2003. He however failed to settle at White Hart Lane and after half a season in which he played just 16 Premiership matches and could score no goal was picked up by West Ham United in January 2004.

Although Zamora was more or less a regular first choice striker at West Ham, he seemed to have lost his knack of scoring goals and could score only 30 goals in 130 league matches.

In the summer of 2008 Bobby Zamora was signed by Fulham along with his team mate John Pantsil for a joint transfer fee of 6.3 million pounds.
