Hill’s career began with Fleetwood Town in August 2018. At age 16, he became Fleetwood’s youngest player ever. In 2019, he signed a professional with Fleetwood Town and debuted 2 months later in a winning match against Peterborough United. He also went against his father’s former club, Blackpool, but was defeated by a 2-1 score.
