Emiliano Marcondes is a professional football player who is currently playing for AFC Bournemouth as the team’s attacking midfielder. Marcondes was known to be a member of the Danish national team, as he appeared between U17 and U21. He also joined the national team to compete in the 2017 UEFA European U21 Championship.

At the young age of 9, Marcondes had to live with his father after his parents got separated. Due to his interest in football, his father supported him to attend Right to Dream Academy. Eventually, he became the 2020 PFA Community Champion.
Career
Marcondes’ career started with FC Nordsjælland, where he played the attacking midfield position. His senior debut was in April 2013, and he continued in two more matches at the end of the 2013-14 season. Fortunately, his appearances improved when he played 15 games by the next season and recorded his first goal as a professional footballer.

In July 2017, he signed with Brentford in a three-and-a-half-year agreement. Since his transfer, he was often used as a substitute player. In 2019, he was loaned to Midtjylland for 3 months because of his desire to play for Denmark again. After his loan contract was finished, he competed once more for Brentford and took up substitute roles.
One of his most notable performances was during the EFL Cup when he impressively executed his bicycle kick that led to a victory over West Bromwich Albion. After this performance, he continued taking up substitute roles.
In July 2021, he signed with AFC Bournemouth for 3 years, and he became more involved than he ever was when he was in Brentford.
