Oscar Bobb is a soccer player playing for Manchester City. He is a Norwegian right winger.
Club Career
Bobb is of partial Gambia and Norwegian heritage but was born in Oslo and played for Lyn in his youth career. He impressed in an Algarve tournament as a youngster and joined FC Porto as a 12-year-old, however the transfer was rejected by FIFA.
The move never occurred and he would go on to join Valerenga in his native Oslo in Norway in 2017. He didn’t debut at first-team level with Valerenga.
In July 2019, English giants Manchester City signed the then-15-year-old. He made his way into the club’s Under-23’s side.
Bobb debuted for Man City in the Premier League in September 2023. He netted his first goal for City with a 91st minute winner in a 3-2 victory over Newcastle in January 2024.
International Career
Bobb has represented Norway at numerous under-age levels, starting off with the Under-16s in 2019. He made his senior international debut in 2023, scoring in a friendly against the Faroe Islands in November 2023.
