Dean Lawrence Kiely is an English-born Irish international football player who currently features for the English Premier League club West Bromwich Albion. He plays as a goalkeeper.

Dean Kiely started his professional club career with Coventry City in 1987 and played for them for three seasons without making any league appearance.

Dean Kiely was signed by York City in 1990 and became a first team goalkeeper right from the start and played 210 league matches for them. He then played for Bury FC for three years between 1996 and 1999 and made 137 league matches.

Deak Kiely then made his big breakthrough in 1999 when he was signed by Charlton Athletic and he featured prominently for a number of seasons in the English Premier League. He made a total of 222 league appearances for the London side between 1999 and 2006 and played for Portsmouth for the 2006-2007 season and was signed by West Brom in 2007.

Dean Kiely has been a first choice regular for West Brom since 2007.

Deak Kiely made his international debut for Republic of Ireland in 2000 and has played 10 matches for his nation so far although. He retired from international football in February 2003 but returned in 2008.
