Shandon Harkeem Baptiste was born on April 8, 1998, in Grenada. When he was three years old, he moved to England with his family.
He started his youth career in 2005 when he joined the Reading youth system. He played for the team from 2005 to 2013. In 2014, he signed on to play for JMA Reading. Then in 2015, he signed to play for Oxford United.

Senior Career
In 2017, he was promoted to play on the Oxford United senior team. He made 26 appearances for the team and scored his only goal during the 2018-2019 season. While with Oxford, he was late loaned to the Hampton & Richmond Borough team. He made 18 appearances for the team.
In 2020, he signed on to play for the English Club Brentford. In 2021, he was part of the Brentford team that won the EFL Championship play-offs.
