Club Career
Dragusin moved to Juventus as a 16-year-old to play at junior level. He made his first-team debut for Juve in the 2020-21 season.
He was loaned out to Sampdoria, Salernitana and Serie B club Genoa over ensuing seasons, impressing at the latter and making his stay permanent.

In January 2024, Tottenham and Bayern Munich chased his services but Dragusin opted to join Spurs for a reported 25 million euros on a six-and-a-half-year deal.
That made him the most expensive Romanian player of all time.
International Career
He played for Romania at under-age level and made his senior debut in 2022. He was part of the Romania side that competed at Euro 2024, making the last 16.
