Andrew Derek Taylor is an English football player who currently features for the English Premier League club Middlesbrough. He is a promising young left back.
Andrew Taylor is a graduate of the youth academy of Middlesbrough and made his first team debut for the Riverside club in 2004. He has gradually come to be one of the main players for Boro and is regarded to become a regular first choice player for good for Middlesbrough.
Andrew Taylor played for Bradford City on loan for the 2005-2006 season and impressed hugely at Bradford.
Andrew Taylor has since been an important player for Boro and has played a total of more than 60 English Premier League matches for his club. He signed a one year extension to his contract in January 2008 which would see him stay on at the club until June 2001.
Andrew Taylor was part of the England U-19 national side in 2005. He had previously played at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship.
