Raphinha

Raphinha is a Brazilian professional footballer. As of the 2024–2025 season, he plays as a winger or forward for the La Liga club FC Barcelona and the Brazil National Team.

Player Profile and Personal Life

Raphael Dias Belloli was born on December 14, 1996, in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The Brazilian winger stands 176 cm tall. He is known professionally as Raphinha.

Career

Raphinha began his career with the Brazilian club Avaí before signing for the Portuguese side Vitoria de Guimarães in 2016, where he made his professional debut. In 2018, he joined Sporting CP, winning a cup double in 2019.

After spells with Rennes in France and Leeds United in England, Raphinha signed for FC Barcelona in 2022 for a transfer worth €58 million.

Despite initially struggling, Raphinha had his breakthrough season in 2024–2025. He was integral to Barcelona winning a domestic treble of the La Liga title, the Copa del Rey, and the Supercopa de España. He also finished the season as the Champions League's top scorer.

At the international level, Raphinha was never capped at the youth level. He made his senior international debut in 2021 and was part of Brazil's squads at the 2022 FIFA World Cup and the 2024 Copa América.
