David Dunn

David John Ian Dunn is an English football player who currently features for the English Premier League side Blackburn Rovers. He is a creative midfield and leader in the middle of the park.

David Dunn progressed through the youth ranks at Blackburn Rovers and made his debut for the senior side against Everton in September 1998. He went on establish himself as a first choice central midfielder for Blackburn in the subsequent years and scored 30 goals in 135 English Premier League matches.

In the summer of 2003 David Dunn was signed by Birmingham City for 5.5 million pounds on a four year contract and Dunn was a hit right from the start at Midlands. However he was subsequently plagued by injuries at Birmingham and after making just 58 league appearances for the Blues, Dunn returned to Blackburn in January 2007 for a transfer fee of 2.2 million pounds. Dun quickly re-established himself at Ewood Park.
