Thomas Andrew ‘Tom’ Huddlestone is an England international football player who currently features for the English Premier League side Cardiff City. He is a defensive midfielder and is renowned for his passing skills and ball distribution.
Huddlestone started his professional club career at Derby County in 2002 and played 95 league matches after making his debut for the senior side on the opening day of the 2003-2004 season in a 3-0 defeat to Stoke City but was still named as the Man of the Match.
Huddlestone was signed by Tottenham Hotspur in the January 2005 for £2.5 million. He was immediately sent out on loan to Wolverhampton Wanderers for the second half of the 2005-2006 season.

Huddlestone returned to Spurs in the summer of 2006 and has now established himself as a key player in the team, mustering over 150 competitive appearances.
Huddlestone made his international debut for England against Brazil on November 14, 2009. He has since made three more appearances for his country.
