Bukayo Ayoyinka Temidayo Saka was born on September 5, 2001, in Ealing, Greater London. The English winger stands 178 cm tall. Born to Yoruba Nigerian parents, Adenike and Yomi Saka, his name "Bukayo" originates from the Yoruba language and means "adds to happiness."

Saka credits his father as a massive inspiration who kept him humble throughout his career. He excelled academically, achieving high grades in his GCSEs at Greenford High School. A practicing Christian who reads the Bible every night, Saka prefers to keep his personal life private, though he is in a relationship with Tolami Benson.

In March 2024, he launched his own 'PERi-PERi Saka' sauce in collaboration with Nando's. He cites Thierry Henry as his favorite footballer and Alexis Sánchez as a key influence during his academy days.

Career

Saka joined Arsenal's Academy at a young age and has spent the entirety of his club career with the North London side.
