Michael Turner is an English football player who currently features for the English Premier League club Hull City. He plays as a defender.
Michael Turner started his professional carrer at Charlton Athletic and played for the club between 2002 and 2004. He however could make no league appearance for the side and played on loan for Leyton Orient and Brentford.
Brentford signed Turner on a permanent contract in the summer of 2004 and featured consistently for them for two seasons. He made 75 league matches for them and scored 3 goals and was adjudged as the Players’ Player of the Year in the 2004-2005 season and the Supporters’ Player of the Year in the 2005-2006 season.
