James Oliver Vaughan is a young English football player who currently features for the English Premier League side Everton. He is a striker and is expected to come of age in the coming years.
James Vaughan progressed through the youth ranks at Everton and made his debut for the senior side in 2005. He made his debut against Crystal Palace in April and became the club’s youngest first team player ever. He scored in that match to become Everton’s youngest ever goalscorer and also the youngest ever scorer in the Premiership.
Vaughan has since made some bit-part appearance in the Everton first team and is anticipated to be a major fraction of the club’s plans in the 2008-2009 season.
