Sergi Canós Tenés was born on February 2, 1997, in Nules, Spain. He stands 177 cm tall and plays a winger. His family owned and ran the Spanish restaurant Gracias which was located on Penny Lane in Liverpool.
His youth career started when he played for his hometown club Nules. He later played for CD Castellon and Espanyol. In 2010, he signed with Barcelona, and later in 2013, he joined the Liverpool youth team.

Senior Career
In 2015, he was signed to the Liverpool senior team but only made one appearance for the team in that season because he was loaned to Brentford where he ended up making 38 appearances and scoring 7 goals.
In the 2016-2017 season, he signed to play for Norwich City. Later in 2017, he signed with Brentford as a full-time player. As of the end of 2022, he has made 186 appearances for the team. During that time, he helped the team with the EFL Championship Play-offs and was part of the team when they were promoted to the Premier League.
