Belotti spent his junior career with AlbinoLeffe, before joining Palermo in 2013 where he scored 16 goals across two seasons in both Serie B and Serie A.
He moved to Torino in 2015 for a reported 7.5 million euros where he enjoyed a prolific period across seven seasons, scoring 113 goals in 251 appearances in all competitions. He left Torino as a free agent in mid-2022, signing with Roma on an initial one-year deal in August 2022.
