Edwin Arturo Congo Murillo is a Colombian international footballer who currently features for the Spanish club Recreativo de Huelva. He plays as a striker and has played 20 international matches for the Colombian national team.
Edwin Congo made his debut in professional club football for Once Caldes in 1996 and in 1999 moved to the Spanish and European powerhouse Real Madrid and was officially a Madrid player until the end of the 2002-2003 season.
Congo however could never manage a single league match for Real Madrid and spent the first three years of his tenure at the Bernabeu on loan to Real Valladolid, Vitoria and Toulouse.

In the summer of 2003 he joined Levante and after three years in 2006 he joined Sporting de Gijon. After one season at Sporting, he was released and join Recreativo de Huelva in the summer of 2007.
