Joseba del Olmo Garcia is a Spanish footballer who currently features for the Spanish football club Athletic Bilbao. He plays as a striker.
Joseba began his career at little know Spanish club Lutxana in 1998 and then moved onto Arenas de Getxo. In 2002 he was signed by SD Lemona and then by Barakaldo in 2004 and he landed at SD Eibar in 2006 after spening the 2006-2007 season with Sestao River Club.
Joseba had a 3 million buy-out clause at Eibar and Athletic Bilbao paid Eibar that amount at the start of the 2008-2009 season and the player signed a one-year contract with the Basque side. The contract includes clause wherein it is stated that the one-year contract shall be renewed should Joseba play at least 22 official matches.
