Mattia De Sciglio is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian and European giants AC Milan. He plays as a defender and is rated as a very promising young player.
De Sciglio developed at Milan’s youth academy and made his professional debut for the Rossoneri on September 28, 2011 when he came on as a substitute against Viktoria Plzen in the Champions League.
He continued to play a bit-part role in the 2011-12 season and was drafted into the team for the 2012-13 campaign.
De Sciglio has represented Italy at the Under-19 and the Under-20 levels and currently plays for the Under-21 team.
