Ben Davies is a young Wales international football player who currently features for the Premier League club Swansea City. He plays as a left-back and is rated as one of the most promising British player.
Davies developed at the youth academy of Swansea and made his first-team debut against West Ham United on August 25, 2012 in the Premier League. He came on as a 84th minute substitute for Neil Taylor in a 3-0 home victory.
Davies soon established himself as a regular in manager Michael Laudrup’s side for the 2012-13 season and won the League Cup with the Swans in 2013.
Davies made his debut for the Wales national team against Scotland on October 12, 2012 in a 2-1 win in a 2014 World Cup qualifier. He has since played regularly for the Dragons.
