David Cornell is a Welsh football player who currently features for the Premier League club Swansea City. He plays as a goalkeeper.
Cornell developed at Swansea’s youth academy and made his first team debut on August 25, 2009 against Scunthorpe United in a League Cup match. He played on loan for Port Talbot Town and Hereford United in 2011 and after impressing at both sides, returned to Swansea.
Cornell represented the Wales Under-17 and Under-19 teams in the past and is currently part of the Under-21 side.
