A professional football player from Brazil, Jakson Coelho, also known as Jaja, plays as a striker. An extremely versatile player further up the pitch, Jaja has been known to perform well in the role of a midfielder as well, ever since he started playing at the America Futebol Clube youth academy. Performing well for the youth team meant that Jaja would catch the eye of European sides at a very early age.

He went on to sign up with Feyenoord in 2004, as a professional player, but never played for the club. In 2005, he was sent out on loan to Westerlo and in his 30 games, scored 11 goals and left a major impression on teams. In 2006, Getafe decided to bring Jaja to Spain, but after just 2 games, he was sent to Brazil to play on loan with Flamengo.

Playing just 5 times for Flamengo, Jaja went on to two more loan deals the following year, this time to Racing Genk and then to Westerlo once again. Each time, Jaja made 9 appearances, scoring 1 for Genk and 4 for Westerlo.

In 2008, he moved to Ukraine and signed up with Metalist Kharkiv. Over three seasons, Jaja played around 61 games, scoring 30 goals and that caught the eye of Turkish side Trabzonspor. He moved to Turkey and in his only season there, scored 12 times in 29 games before choosing to move to the UAE. Signing up with Al-Ahli in Dubai, Jaja made 5 appearances in 2011-12 before returning to Brazil, and to Internacional, for the 2012 season!
