A professional football player from Brazil, Anderson Silva de Mattos Grasiane plays as a defender. Anderson began playing professionally when he joined the ranks of Mogi Mirim Esporte Clube, in 2001-02. He moved to Corinthians Paranaense in 2002 and after spending 2003 on loan to FC Maia, returned to the club and stayed on till 2005.

Anderson was becoming a key player for his teams and although slow, his growth as a football player was evident. He moved to Americano Futebol Clube in 2006 before being transferred to Volta Redonda in 2007. Anderson would travel quite a lot, to play football, moving to Gama in 2008 before returning, later the same year, to Americano Futebol Clube once again.

After spending the remainder of 2008 and a bit of 2009 with Americano, Anderson moved to Ceara Sporting Clube and became a key member of their first team between 2009 and 2011. He would play 44 games and score one goal, but the last season of those three years was spent on loan to Atletico Goianiense. He played 34 games on his loan spell, scoring once.

In 2012, Anderson moved to Fluminense and became a part of the 2012 Taca Guanabara title winning sides as well as the Campeonato Carioca winning team. He has, however, yet to make an appearance for the team in the Serie A.
