A professional football player from Brazil, Tulio Lustosa Seixas Pinheiro plays as a midfielder. In 1993, Tulio began his playing career with Goais Esporte Clube, at the youth level, before breaking into the first team in 1995. After starting off slowly, in the reserve squad, Tulio slowly worked his way into the first team and began picking up caps for the club.

He ended up playing for Goais until 2000, and by that time, had earned himself almost 80 caps, with 3 goals to his name. He moved to Saudi Arabia in 2001, signing up with Al-Hilal but left after a year, having played just 12 games. He returned to Goais to see out the remainder of 2002, playing another 20 games for the club before moving to Botafogo in 2003. Having already won the Goais State League title six times, with Goais Esporte Clube, Tulio took his ability to Botafogo and for three seasons, remained a stalwart in their midfield. He moved to Oita Trinita in 2005-06, playing 44 times for the team and scoring 3 goals. The following season, he returned to Botafogo and made 54 appearances for the team, with 7 goals to his name, before moving onto Corinthians in 2009.

Before Tulio could play a single game for the Corinthians, he was transferred to Gremio where he spent 2009 and 2010, making just 32 appearances and moving back to Goais for a little while, in 2010. In 2011, before playing a single game for Goais, he moved to Figueirense and has been struggling to get into the first team.
