Julian Koch, born on 11 November 1990 in Schwerte, is a German Footballer playing currently for Borussia Dortmund.
Koch began his career with VfL Hörde in 1998 and has remained with the same for the next three years. He moved to the youth side of Borussia Dortmund in 2001 and played with this team till 2008. In 2008, he got promoted to the reserve side and made 54 appearances, scoring 3 goals. For his promising performance, Koch had earned his first cap in the Regionaliga West against FSV Mainz 05 II. He had made his first Football Bundesliga debut for Borussia Dortmund on 6 March 2010.
He has also earned his first international cap in 2007 for the Germany national Under-17 football team. He even made his debut for the Germany National U-18, U-20 and U-21 in the year 2008, 2009 and 2010 respectively.
