Mathieu Bodmer is a French football player who currently features for Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain. He plays as a central midfielder.
Bodmer commenced his professional club football career at Caen in 2000 and after an impressive three seasons in Ligue 2 signed for Lille in 2003.
Bodmer had a productive debut campaign for Lille in Ligue 1 in 2003-04 and continued to maintain his good form in the following seasons.
Eventually in 2007 he joined Olympique Lyonnais and scored 18 goals in 135 league appearances, winning the championship and Couple de France in 2008.
After three impressive seasons Bodmer signed for Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2010 on a three-year contract.
Bodmer made his international debut for France in 2008.
