Sylvain Armand

Sylvain Armand is a French football player who currently features for Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain. He plays as a defender.

Armand commenced his professional football career at Clermont Foot in 1999 and after one year was signed by Nantes in Ligue 1.

Armand made his Ligue 1 debut against Auxerre in a 2-2 draw on September 9, 2000. He won the French first division title with Nantes/

He continued to play for Nantes for the next three seasons but did not win the Ligue 1 title, and joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2004.

Armand has since made over 260 league appearances for PSG.
