Born on 21 June 1990 in Norton Knowledge Musona is a Zimbabwean football playing currently in 1899 Hoffenheim in the German Bundesliga as a striker and the Zimbabwe national team.
Musona has commenced his career with the youth team of Manyame FC and then moved to haka United. In 2006 he got transferred to Aces Youth Soccer Academy and continued in it for two years.
Musona joined Kaizer Chiefs in 2009 making 49 appearances and scoring 20 goals. On 28 July 2011, Musona signed a five year contract for 1899 Hoffenheim for Bundesliga side. He has also made his debut as a subsitute against SC Freiburg. He scored his first goal on 25 october 2011 in a 2-1 DFB Pokal win over 1.FC Cologne.
Musona made his national team of Zinbabwe debut in 2010 in a friendly match against South Africa.
