Akaki Gogia

Born on 18 January 1992 in Georgia, Akaki Gogia, is a football player from Germany who is currently playing for FC Augsburg as a winger on loan basis from Wolfsburg. He commenced his career at 1998 with Hannover 96 and has moved to VFL Wolfsburg in 2007. He had also played for its reserve team, VFL Wolfsburg II for two years from 2009 to 2011.

Gradually, he was promoted to the senior squad of VFL Wolfsburg in 2011 and has been promptly loaned out for FC Augsburg making 12 appearances till now.

He has got his first call to represent the National team of Germany U-17 level in 2008 and has also represented the National Team in U-19 level in 2010 scoring his first national goal in three appearances.
