Born on 26 January 1992 in Filderstadt, Baden-Wurttemberg, Marvin Plattenhardt is a football player from Germany, currently playing for Bundesliga side 1.FC Nuremberg as a left-back.
His youth career got commenced with 1. FC Frickenhausen. He then moved to FV Nürtingen. After that he had been a part of SSV Reutlingen 05 and remained with the same till 2008. In 2008 he switched to 1.FC Nuremberg till 2010.
In his senior career with 1.FC Nuremberg and 1.FC Nuremberg II he has made 45 appearances. He also had an opportunity to represent the National team of Germany in U-17, U-18, U-19 and U-20 making maximum number of 11 appearances in U-17 and U-19 teams.
Along with it he had contributed in making his team the winner of UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship in 2009.
