Mario Mandžukić is a Croatian professional football player playing for VfL Wolfsburg other than the Croatian national team. He was an active part of the football teams like TSF Ditzingen, Marsonia, NK Zagreb, Dinamo Zagreb, VfL Wolfsburg and the Croatia national football team.
After he put good performances in the 2007-08 Prva HNL, other than the UEFA Champions League of Dinamo and UEFA Cup matches, Mario earned a call up to the team of Croatia. He made his debut for this team against Macedonia on 17th November 2007. On 10th September 2008, he even scored his first ever goal for Croatia team in a 4-1 loss against England. On 14th July 2010, he signed for VfL Wolfsburg team for a fee of around 8 million euros.

Whilst with Dinamo Zagreb team, Mario and his team were the Croatian champions in 2007-08, 2008-09 and in 2009-10. The team won the Croatian Cup as well in 2008 and in 2009 respectively.
Individually, Mario won the Prva HNL top goalscorer in 2008-09 and the Prva HNL best player in 2008-09.
