Neil Taylor is a Wales international football player who currently features for the Premier League club Swansea City. He plays as a left-back and is regarded as one of the best in the league.

Taylor joined the Manchester City youth academy as a kid but left when he was 15 years of age to join Wrexham when he was 16. He progressed through the clubs’ youth academy and broke into the first team in 2007-08 season.

When his contract with Wrexham ran out in the summer of 2010, Taylor joined Swansea on a free transfer. He has since developed into one of the most important player for the Swans, helping them win promotion to the Premier League and then winning the League Cup in 2012-13.

Taylor made his international debut for Wales on May 23, 2010 against Croatia and has since been a regular fixture in the Dragons’ side. He represented Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympics.
