Seamus Coleman is a Republic of Ireland football player who currently features for the Premier League club Everton. He is a versatile footballer who can feature either as a right-back or as a right winger.
Coleman commenced his professional club football at Irish club Sligo Rangers in 2006 and played for them for two seasons. His impressive performances saw Everton snap him up in 2009 and he has since gone on to feature in over 75 Premier League matches for the Toffees, scoring four goals in the process.
Coleman made his international debut for the Republic of Ireland on February 8, 2011 against Wales in their inaugural Nations cup match. Ireland won the contest 3-0.
