Jesus Fernandez Collado is a young Spanish football player who currently features for the Spanish and European giants Real Madrid. He plays as a goalkeeper.
Collado commenced his professional club football career at Numancia in 2007 and played for their B team for two years. In the 2009-10 season, he was promoted to their first team and was their third-choice goalkeeper in the Spanish Segunda Division.
Collado joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2010 and was drafted into the Real Madrid Castilla side in the Spanish Segunda Division B. On May 21, 2011, he made his first-team debut for Los Blancos in La Liga, replacing Jerzy Dudek in an 8-1 victory over Almeria at the Santiago Bernabeu on the final day of the league campaign.
Collado went back to the Madrid B team for the 2011-12 campaign and won the Segunda Division B title, and was then drafted into the first team for the 2012-13 season. He maintained his place in the first-team squad for the 2013-14 campaign.
