Brayan de la Torre is a professional football player who is best known as one of the midfielders of Barcelona Sporting Club. de la Torre was born on January 11, 1991 in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is also known for being a member of the Ecuador Under 20 since 2010.
de la Torre’s youth career was a good one wherein he quickly rose through the ranks and was soon considered for the senior team. Although still under age, de la Torre had an opportunity to participate in a match for the senior team in 2009. This was because head coach Benito Floro requested it. In fact, for 2010 season, he was able to play in 6 matches and even scoring his first goal during a match against Independiente Jose Teran. Since the 2010 season, de la Torre has also been a regular starter as well as other future prospects like Christian Cruz and Dennys Quinones.
In February 12, 2011, de la Torre was able to join the team that qualified in the FIFA U-20 World Cup for 2011.
