Daniel Martín Alexandre, simply known as Dani, is a Spanish footballer who currently featurs for the Spanish club Real Betis. He was born and bred in the city of Seville. He plays as a striker.
Dani is a product of the famous Real Betis youth academy and has been at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan all his life so far. He made his debut for the senior side in 2001. He was soon proved to be a highly promising player and in the subsequent years, he became one of the vital players for Betis.
Dani scored the extra-time winner for Real Betis against Osasuna in the Copa del Rey final in 2005. He was knocked unconscious during a league game against Deportivo in November 2003 and was unable to remember a disallowed goal he had scored during the game.

Dani was loaned out to Spanish second division side Cadiz for the 2007-2008 season with Cadiz retaining an option to buy the striker at the end of the season. But Dani has returned to Betis.
