Javier Soria, a Peruvian football midfielder, began playing football professionally in 1998, with Alianza Atletico. Soria remained with the club for one season, after which he moved to Sporting Cristal, for another season. After his stint with Sporting Cristal, Soria returned to Alianza Atletico and remained with the club till 2008. In 2009 the midfielder moved to his current club, Club Sportivo Cienciano.
Soria represented his country at the Copa America 1999, though he did not actually get to play with the team at all.
