Kamil Kopúnekimage:Kamil Kopúnek |Kamil Kopúnek is a Slovak football midfielder who is presently playing for FC Saturn Moscow Oblast team and also for the Slovakia national football team.

With the Spartak Trnavav team, he started his career and was the first team player aged 17 only making his debut in 2002. In the same match, he received a red card too. By 2009, he was the captain of the team.

Kamil represented Slovakia team on the junior level playing at the FIFA World Youth Championship in 2003. He played in all of the four matches for the national under 20 team. He made his senior debut in 2006 with a 2-1 victory against France in a friendly match at Stade de France.

On 29th May 2010, he got a chance to make his international goal against the Cameroon team and was named to the FIFA World Cup 2010 to the Slovakia squad. On 24 June, he managed to score his third goal in the group match against Italy with 3-2. In 2010, he joined the FC Saturn Moscow Oblast team.

Spartak Trnava is the team which Kamil has played regularly since 2002 making 196 appearances and scoring 11 goals and is a robust and a reliable backup role player of the team.
