Atletico Madrid have revealed they are yet to receive any offers for brilliant Colombian striker Radamel Falcao despite reported widespread interest.
Ambitious French outfit Monaco and Roman Abramovich’s Chelsea are speculated to be leading the charge for Falcao, who netted 28 goals in La Liga last term.
It is expected that Falcao will leave Atletico this off-season, however he has a massive €60 million release clause.
Atletico chief executive Miguel Angel Gil Marin told Goal.com that the club was yet to receive any bids for the striker.
“Atletico have officially not received any offers for Falcao, be it from Monaco or Chelsea,” Gil Marin said.
“There are many clubs that are interested in him and the club will allow the player to talk to anyone and we will respect any decision that he takes. In the end, he is free to make his choice.”
