Highly sought-after talent Neymar needs to move to either Barcelona or Real Madrid to become one of the world’s best players, according to Brazil international Robinho.
The former Manchester City and Real Madrid attacker told Lance that the 20-year-old Santos man should move to Spain to further his career and reach his potential.
“If he wants to leave Santos to enjoy the experience in La Liga, I advise him to choose Barcelona not Real Madrid,” Robinho said.
“It would be better, as Brazilians have always done well in the Blaugrana colours. If he wants to become the best player in the world, he will have to leave Brazil.”
Neymar has made 23 appearances for his country, netting 13 times while he has helped Santos to the 2010 Copa do Brasil and the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Campoenato Paulista titles.
