Italian powerhouse Inter Milan have made yet another signing and it’s again a Jose Mourinho contingent. Reports emanating from Spain state that the reigning Italian giants have signed the young Portuguese international winger Ricardo Queresma from Portuguese champions FC Porto.
The transfer fee paid for the player is as of now not clear but the sum is supposed something around the 35 million euro mark. That plus the movement of the Inter player Pele in the other direction.
Ricardo Queresma has a playing style similar to that of his Portuguese team mate Cristiano Ronaldo and did have a stint at FC Barcelona. He already remarked during the Euro 2008 that he had signed for a major European club but refused to say anything more.
Now that club has emerged to be Inter Milan. It is apparent that newly appointed Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho, formerly at Chelsea, played a huge role in persuading Queresma to join the Nerrazzurri, just as he convinced Lampard to leave Stamford Bridge for the San Siro. Appears that the Special One is now setting things at Inter!
