Juventus striker Alessandro Del Piero has said that the players are to be blamed for their Champions League exit.
Juventus suffered a 4-1 humiliation at the hands of Bayern Munich at home on Tuesday night to get knocked out of the Champions League.
Speaking after the game, Juve striker Alessandro Del Piero told Il Corriere dello Sport:
“It’s hard to find words because in this case there is very little to say and so much to do. There is not only one culprit, it is not who is more or less guilty. We all equally share the blame with no exceptions and we will all fight together to get out of this situation.”
“I am not satisfied with my performance, obviously, and everything that happened yesterday we cannot erase. We must learn from our mistakes and work even harder.”
