Real Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini has warned that playmaker Guti might be able to make a return to the first team only after he improves his attitude.

Guti has not played for Madrid since he featured in the 4-0 to lowly Alcorcon in the Copa del Rey. He was reported to have picked up a fight with coach Pellegrini during that game.
The Chilean has now warned the player that he could face a lengthier spell on the sidelines if he does not improve his conduct. He told El Pais:
“He will return when the coaching staff thinks it’s right, when I have seen him back in form and when he shows that he wants to go. Necessity is a hard word to apply in football. There is the desire to do so but we have to show that in our football and not with words.
“We have to go out with intensity but also with calmness, because you cannot score the second goal before the first.”
