Spanish side Atletico Madrid have appointed Quique Sanchez Flores as their new coach after sacking Abel Resino on Friday.
The former Valencia coach was officially appointed the coach of Atleti on Saturday after Resino was given the boot on Friday. Resino has been an utter failure at Atletico this season and the Madrid side are close to the bottom three.
Quique Sanchez Flores was the coach of Spanish side Getafe in 2004-2005 and then coach Valencia for two seasons before joining Benfica.
