Inter Milan have been dealt a blow ahead of their crucial Serie A fixture against Genoa on Saturday as key striker Samuel Eto’o has been injured out.
The former Barcelona striker suffered a bruised foot while on international duty in the week and has failed to recover in time for Saturday’s clash with Genoa that the Nerazzurri have to win.
Marko Arnautovic will replace him in the Inter squad.
