The Italian international midfielder and World Cup winner is confident that under coach Claudio Ranieri, the Roman side can beat any side including Milan. He told Il Corriere dello Sport:
“I believe that, despite everything, Milan are one of the strongest teams in the league. I think the difference is that they have sold a great player like Kaka, and everyone knows that he was key to their game. Then the coach left. Our group remained the same, maybe we have a bit more enthusiasm and a different mentality, and under Ranieri the results have started to come. We have to play until the final whistle, we are Roma and we can beat anyone.”
