Ukrainian legend Andriy Shevchenko shall leave Premier League club Chelsea this summer, the club’s coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed.

Shevchenko has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer. The Ukrainian international and former Champions League winner was signed from AC Milan in the summer but failed to settle in the Premier League and played on loan for the Rossoneri in the second half of the 2008-2009 season.
Sheva has now been told that he has no place in the Chelsea team. Coach Carlo Ancelotti has been quoted by Sky Sports as saying:
“We don’t have news [about] players who will come to Chelsea. Only Shevchenko will decide to go to play for another team.
“I spoke with Shevchenko. He would like to play with continuity. Here, for me it is difficult to give him this possibility to play a lot of matches.
“I think he will make the right decision for him.”
