AC Milan vice-resident Adriano Galliani has admitted that they have only recently a huge bid for their star striker Alexandre Pato.
Pato is arguably the best teenage striker in the world and is at the moment Milan’s most prized asset. The Brazilian international striker has been linked with a move to Premier League club Chelsea but Milan have persistently made it clear that the 19-year-old is not for sale.
Now, though, Adriano Galliani has revealed that they did receive a huge offer for the player but was quick to add that they rejected the deal. Sky Sports quotes him as saying:
“Milan this year has resisted a monumental offer for Pato. But I will not say which club made the offer.”
